TPBI recommends that passengers predominantly use the alternative methods of purchasing and paying for their journey, made available: online loading of the nominal card, Payments through the 24Pay mobile App, Payment with a contactless bank card, directly at the validator, or payment via SMS.
Note:
In order to issue a fiscal invoice to a legal entity, a request must be sent (to the email address info@stbsa.ro) with the following company details:
- Tax identification number;
- Registration number from the trade register;
- Address;
- Bank account number;
- A phone number from the company;
- The name of the contact person (the person designated to obtain the fiscal invoice must have a delegation).
