TPBI: The event “Run for Heroes 2025” temporarily modifies the routes of nine public transport lines in the Capital on Sunday

The sporting event “Run for Heroes 2025” will divert nine public transport lines in the Capital during Sunday, 15.06.2025. To allow the event to take place, traffic restrictions will be imposed at certain times on Bd. Mircea Vodă (the segment between Bd. Mircea Vodă and Piața Unirii – between 07:30 and 16:00), on Bd. Unirii (the segment between Piața Unirii and Piața Alba Iulia, without affecting the traffic in the roundabout – between 08:30 and 15:00), and on Bd. Decebal (the segment between Piața Alba Iulia and Piața Hurmuzachi, without affecting the traffic in Piața Hurmuzachi – between 08:30 and 15:00, and the segment between Piața Alba Iulia and Str. Popa Stoica Fărcaș – between 08:30 and 15:00).

Therefore, the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI) will modify the lines in the area as follows:

• Line 70 (operated with Solaris Trollino 12M trolleybuses with autonomy) will run from 07:00 until about 14:00 on its regular route between the terminal “Bd. Basarabia” and the intersection Str. Baba Novac/Șos. Mihai Bravu, then on a modified route in both directions via Șos. Mihai Bravu, Calea Călărași, Str. Delea Veche, then on the regular route.

• Line 73 will run from 07:00 until about 15:00 on its regular route between the terminal “Piața de Gros” and the intersection Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir/ Bd. Unirii/ Bd. I.C. Brătianu (Piața Unirii), then via Bd. I.C. Brătianu, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, Str. Sf. Vineri, Bd. Mircea Vodă, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, until the stop “Piața Sf. Vineri.” In the opposite direction, the route will not be modified.

• Line 97 will run from 07:00 until about 14:00 on its regular route between the terminal “Clăbucet” and the intersection Str. Traian/ Calea Călărași, then on a modified route in both directions via Calea Călărași, Șos. Mihai Bravu, Calea Dudești, Bd. Octavian Goga, Str. Nerva Traian, then on the regular route.

• Line 104 will run from 07:00 until about 13:00 on its regular route between the terminal “Complex Pantelimon” and the intersection Șos. Mihai Bravu/ Bd. Decebal, then on a modified route in both directions via Șos. Mihai Bravu, Calea Dudești, Bd. Octavian Goga, through Pasajul Mărășești, Bd. Mărășești, Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, Piața Unirii, then on the regular route.

Between 13:00 and around 15:00, line 104 will operate on its regular route between the terminal “Complex Pantelimon” and the intersection Bd. Unirii/ Str. Nerva Traian, then on a modified route in both directions via Str. Nerva Traian, Bd. Octavian Goga, through Pasajul Mărășești, Bd. Mărășești, Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, Piața Unirii, then the regular route.

Line 116 will operate from 07:00 until around 15:00 on its regular route between the terminal “Gara Progresul” and the intersection Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir / Bd. Unirii / Bd. I.C. Brătianu (Piața Unirii), then via Bd. I.C. Brătianu, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, Str. Sf. Vineri, Bd. Mircea Vodă, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, up to the stop “Piața Sfânta Vineri.” In the opposite direction, the route will not be modified.

Line 117 will operate from 07:00 until around 15:00 between the terminal “Cartier Confort Urban” and Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir / Bd. Unirii / Bd. I.C. Brătianu (Piața Unirii), then on a modified route via Bd. I.C. Brătianu, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, Str. Sf. Vineri, Bd. Mircea Vodă, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, up to the stop “Piața Sfânta Vineri.” In the opposite direction, the route will not be modified.

Line 123 will operate from 07:00 until around 15:00 on its regular route between “CET Sud Vitan” and the intersection Calea Vitan / Bd. Octavian Goga / Calea Dudești, then on a modified route in both directions via Bd. Octavian Goga, through Pasajul Mărășești, Bd. Mărășești, Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, Piața Unirii, Splaiul Independenței, then the regular route.

Line 312 will operate from 07:00 until around 16:00 on its regular route between the terminal “Arcade Berceni” and the intersection Splaiul Unirii / Bd. Mărășești, then via Mărășești, Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, Bd. I. C. Brătianu, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, Str. Sf. Vineri, Bd. Mircea Vodă, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, Str. Halelor, up to the stop “Piața Unirii 1.” In the opposite direction, the route will not be modified.

Line 323 will operate from 07:00 until around 16:00 on its regular route between the terminal “Zețarilor” and the intersection Bd. Mircea Vodă / Bd. Mărășești, then via Bd. Mărășești, Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, I.C. Brătianu, Str. Halelor, Piața Unirii, with return on Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, Bd. Mărășești, Bd. Mircea Vodă, then the regular route.
