Starting August 1, 2025, tram line 41 will be suspended to allow infrastructure work on Ghencea Boulevard and Constantin Titel Petrescu Street. To accommodate passengers, the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI) will introduce shuttle bus lines 641, which will cover the route of line 41, and 643, which will operate between Dedeman Ghencea and Podul Grant.
Thus, shuttle buses on line 641 will run from “Piața Presei” via Bd. Mărăști, Bd. Mareșal Alexandru Averescu, Str. Turda, Grant Underpass, Calea Crângași, Șos. Virtuții, Lujerului Underpass, Str. Brașov, Bd. Ghencea, to the “Ghencea” terminal and back. On the segment between Piața Montreal and Bd. Ion Mihalache, buses on line 641 will run on the tramway track and will stop at tram platforms.
Please note that, during the operation of shuttle line 641, buses on line 426 will also stop and dwell at platform 4 of the “Ghencea” terminal, shared with lines 421 and 424.
Shuttle line 643 will operate on the route: “Dedeman Ghencea”, Str. Brașov, Lujerului Underpass, Șos. Virtuții, Calea Crângași, “Podul Grant” station, and return.
