TPBI: Lines 4, 36, and 40 – temporarily suspended on Saturday. Passengers will be served by shuttle lines 604, 636, and 640

Tram lines 4, 36, and 40 will be temporarily suspended on Saturday, June 7, 2025, due to sewer network works on Pantelimon Road no. 56.

To ensure transportation for passengers in the areas where trams will not operate, the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI) is establishing temporary shuttle bus lines 604 and 640, and extending the route of line 636 during this period.

• Shuttle line 604 will operate between the “Bd. Basarabia” station and the “Piața Sf. Vineri” terminal, following the route:
  “Bd. Basarabia” station, Bd. Chișinău, Pantelimon Road, Bd. Ferdinand I, Str. Traian, Calea Călărașilor, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, Str. Sf. Vineri, “Piața Sf. Vineri”, returning via Str. Sf. Vineri, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, Calea Călărașilor, Bd. Basarabia, Bd. Chișinău, back to the “Bd. Basarabia” station.

• Shuttle line 636 will operate on an extended route between the “Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu” and “Pantelimon” terminals, following the route:
  “Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu”, Șos. Petricani, Bd. Lacul Tei, Str. Maica Domnului, Str. Reînvierii, Str. Turmelor, Pantelimon Road, return at Bucur Obor roundabout, Șos. Colentina, Str. Ziduri Moși, Pantelimon Road, “Pantelimon”, returning via Pantelimon Road, Str. Ziduri Moși, Pantelimon Road, Str. Turmelor, Str. Reînvierii, Str. Maica Domnului, Bd. Lacul Tei, Șos. Petricani, Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu, back to “Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu”.

• Shuttle line 640 will operate between the “Bd. Nicolae Grigorescu” station and the “Piața Sf. Vineri” terminal, following the route:
  “Bd. Nicolae Grigorescu” station, Bd. Basarabia, Calea Călărașilor, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, Str. Sf. Vineri, “Piața Sf. Vineri”, returning via Str. Sf. Vineri, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, Calea Călărașilor, Str. Traian, Bd. Ferdinand I, Pantelimon Road, Bd. Chișinău, Bd. Basarabia, back to the “Bd. Basarabia” station.
