TPBI: Line 36, diverted to the “Pantelimon” terminal; shuttle line 637 will take over passenger transport between “M Republica” and “Bd. Chișinău”

Starting Saturday, April 12, 2025, tram line 36 will be modified and will operate on a diverted route between the “Pantelimon” terminal and “Bd. Lacul Tei”. On the segment between “M Republica” and the “Bd. Chișinău” station, passengers will be served by buses on the newly established shuttle line 637. The Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI) had to take these measures to allow for track maintenance work on Bd. Chișinău.

During the construction period, tram line 36 will run on the following route: “Pantelimon”, Șos. Pantelimon, Str. Ziduri Moși, Șos. Colentina, Str. Turmelor, Str. Reînvierii, Str. Maica Domnului, “Bd. Lacul Tei”, and back.

To accommodate passengers, TPBI is setting up shuttle bus line 637, which will operate as follows: “M Republica”, Bd. Basarabia, Bd. Chișinău, Piața Delfinului (turnaround at the roundabout), “Bd. Chișinău” station, and return.
