On the evening of Monday, April 21, 2025, the operating hours of lines 1, 10, 40, 55, 86, 90, 104, and 311 will be extended to provide transport for spectators attending the Dinamo București – Universitatea Craiova football match, scheduled to begin at 9:00 PM at the “Arena Națională”.
Additionally, if necessary, and under the direct coordination of public order officers and Traffic Police agents, the routes of lines 86, 90, 104, and 143 may be modified.
Thus, according to the instructions of the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI), vehicles on lines 1, 10, 40, 55, 86, 90, 104, and 311 will operate in the area of the “Arena Națională” after the match ends, as follows:

Tram line 1 – Estimated passing times at Piața Iancului (near Arena Națională): 11:10 PM, 11:20 PM, 11:30 PM, and 11:45 PM.

Tram line 10 – Estimated passing times at Piața Iancului: 11:00 PM, 11:05 PM, 11:20 PM, and 11:35 PM.

Tram line 40 – Estimated passing times at Arena Națională: 11:00 PM, 11:20 PM, and 11:40 PM (towards Piața Sfânta Vineri), and 11:10 PM, 11:30 PM (towards Bd. Theodor Pallady).

Tram line 55 – Estimated times near Arena Națională: 11:05 PM and 11:20 PM (towards Piața Sfânta Vineri), and 11:15 PM and 11:35 PM (towards Pantelimon).

Trolleybus line 86 – Departures from Arena Națională towards Clăbucet at 11:00 PM, 11:15 PM, and 11:30 PM.

Trolleybus line 90 – Departures from Arena Națională towards M Petrache Poenaru at 11:05 PM, 11:20 PM, and 11:40 PM.

Bus line 104 – Estimated times near Arena Națională: 11:05 PM, 11:10 PM, 11:15 PM, 11:25 PM, 11:35 PM, and 11:50 PM (towards Piața Operei), and 11:00 PM, 11:10 PM, 11:25 PM, 11:35 PM, and 11:45 PM (towards Complex Pantelimon).

Bus line 311 – Estimated times near Arena Națională: 11:00 PM, 11:15 PM, 11:30 PM, and 11:45 PM (towards Faur), and 11:00 PM and 11:10 PM (towards Sala Palatului).
ATTENTION!
If the situation requires it, at the request of the Traffic Police, traffic will be restricted on Bd. Pierre de Coubertin, which will result in trolleybuses on lines 86 and 90 turning around at the Vatra Luminoasă Depot. In this case, passengers will be able to board vehicles on lines 86 and 90 at the “Aura Buzescu” station, and departures will occur at the times mentioned above!
Additionally, under this situation, buses on line 104 will operate on their regular route between the “Complex Comercial Pantelimon” terminal and the intersection of Șos. Iancului / Bd. Pierre de Coubertin, then on a modified route in both directions via Șos. Iancului, Șos. Mihai Bravu, Bd. Decebal, and then the current route. In this case, passengers will be able to use vehicles on line 104 from the “Sarafinești” station (towards Piața Operei) or from “Șoseaua Iancului” station (towards Complex Comercial Pantelimon), and the estimated passing times in the Arena Națională area are those mentioned above!
If traffic is restricted on Bd. Pierre de Coubertin, buses on line 143 will operate on their regular route between the “Bucur Obor” terminal and the intersection of Str. Baicului / Șos. Pantelimon, then on a modified route via Șos. Pantelimon, Bd. Ferdinand, Bd. Gării Obor, to the “Baicului” terminal (terminus for lines 69, 85, and 382), with a return via Str. Baicului, Str. Paharnicul Turturea, Str. Dumitru Slugeru, and then the current route.
Those at the “Arena Națională” can also use buses on lines 330, 335, N1, N10, N102, and N109, which will operate according to the established schedule.
