TPBI Extends Public Transport Schedules and Adds Extra Vehicles on Line N1 to Serve Spectators Attending the Romania – Austria Match

The public transport lines 1, 10, 14, 55, 86, 90, 104, 311, and 640 will have extended operating hours on the evening of Sunday, October 12, 2025, to facilitate transportation for spectators attending the Romania – Austria football match, scheduled to begin at 21:45 at the National Arena.
For the same reason, additional buses will be added to the night line N1, ensuring that vehicles pass near the stadium every five minutes between 00:20 and 00:25.

If necessary, under the direct coordination of public order officers and traffic police agents, lines 86, 90, 104, and 143 will be rerouted.

Therefore, according to the directives of the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI), vehicles of lines 1, 10, 14, 55, 86, 90, 104, 311, 640, and N1 will operate in the National Arena area after the match ends, as follows:

Estimated times of arrival in the National Arena area:

  • Tram line 1: 23:45, 23:55, and 00:05

  • Tram line 10: 23:45 and 23:50

  • Tram line 14:

    • 23:45 (toward “Piața Sfânta Vineri”)

    • 23:45 and 23:50 (toward “Pantelimon”)

  • Tram line 55:

    • 23:45, 23:50 (toward “Pantelimon”)

    • 23:45 (toward “Piața Sfânta Vineri”)

  • Trolleybus line 86 (departing from the National Arena to “Clăbucet”): 23:45, 23:50, and 23:55

  • Trolleybus line 90 (departing to “Semănătoarea”): 23:50, 23:55, and 00:16

  • Bus line 104: 23:50 and 00:00 (toward “Piața Operei”)

  • Bus line 311: 23:48 and 00:13 (toward “C.A. Rosetti”)

  • Bus line 640:

    • 23:45 (toward “M Republica”)

    • 23:55 (toward “Piața Sfânta Vineri”)

  • Bus line N1: 23:50, 00:20, and 00:25

ATTENTION:

If required, by order of the Traffic Police, road traffic may be restricted on Pierre de Coubertin Boulevard, in which case:

  • Trolleybus lines 86 and 90 will turn around at the Vatra Luminoasă Depot. In this situation, passengers will be able to board these lines at the “Aura Buzescu” station, with departures at the times listed above.

  • Bus line 104 will operate on its usual route between the “Complex Comercial Pantelimon” terminal and the Șos. Iancului / Pierre de Coubertin Blvd. intersection, then follow a modified route in both directions via Șos. Iancului, Șos. Mihai Bravu, and Bd. Decebal, returning to its normal route. In this case, passengers can board at “Sarafinești” station, and estimated times in the Arena area remain unchanged.

  • Bus line 143 will operate on its regular route between “Bucur Obor” terminal and the Str. Baicului / Șos. Pantelimon intersection, then follow a diverted route via Șos. Pantelimon, Bd. Ferdinand, and Bd. Gării Obor, ending at the “Baicului” terminal (also used by lines 69, 85, and 382), and will return via Str. Baicului, Str. Paharnicul Turturea, and Str. Dumitru Slugeru, then resume the normal route.

Additional Transport Options:

Spectators at the National Arena also have access to bus lines 330 and 335, as well as the night bus lines N1, N10, N102, and N109, which will operate according to their regular schedules.
