The Bucharest – Ilfov Public Transport Development Association (TPBI) has ordered the modification of 32 public transport lines and the temporary establishment of three shuttle lines to accommodate the “Bucharest International Half Marathon & 10k 2025” event, which will take place on Sunday, April 27, 2025.
As such, under the coordination of the Traffic Police Brigade, road traffic will be restricted between 06:00 and 16:00 on the following roads: Constantin Prezan Blvd., Piaţa Arcul de Triumf, Regele Mihai I Blvd., Kiseleff Road, Piața Victoriei, Buzești Street, Berzei Street, Vasile Pârvan Street, Hașdeu Bridge, Splaiul Independenței, Decebal Blvd., Unirii Blvd., I. C. Brătianu Blvd., Halelor Street, and Calea Victoriei.
As a result of these restrictions, TPBI has ordered the following route modifications:

- Line 44 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on a shortened route between the “Cartier Giulești” terminal and “Gara Basarab.”
- Line 61 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on a shortened route between “Complex Apusului” and Piața Victoriei.
- Line 63 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on the base route between the “Master” terminal and the intersection of Calea 13 Septembrie / Bd. Libertății, then on a modified route in both directions on Bd. Libertății, turning at the Piața Regina Maria roundabout.
- Line 66 will operate throughout the day between the “Spitalul Fundeni” terminal and “Piața Rosetti,” with a return route on Str. Dianei, Str. Jean Louis Calderon, Str. Tudor Arghezi, Bd. Carol I, then the current route.
- Line 69 will operate throughout the day on a shortened route between the “Valea Argeșului” terminal and “Podul Operei.”
- Line 70 will operate only after the traffic restrictions are lifted between “Bd. Basarabia” and “Piața Rosetti,” with a return route on Str. Dianei, Str. Jean Louis Calderon, Str. Tudor Arghezi, Bd. Carol I, then the current route. Until the trolleybus service is restored, passengers will be taken by shuttle line 670, which will be operated with Solaris Trollino 12M trolleybuses and will run between the “Bd. Basarabia” terminal and the “Baba Novac” station.
- Line 73 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on a shortened route between “Piața de Gros” and the entrance to Piața Unirii, with a return at the “Piața Unirii” station located on Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, after the intersection with Str. Bibescu Vodă, heading toward Bd. Tineretului.
- Line 85 will operate throughout the day between the “Baicului” terminal and “Piața Rosetti,” with a return route on Str. Dianei, Str. Jean Louis Calderon, Str. Tudor Arghezi, Bd. Carol I, then the current route.
- Line 86 will operate only after the traffic restrictions are lifted.
- Line 90 will operate only after the traffic restrictions are lifted. Until trolleybus service is resumed, passengers will be taken by shuttle lines 690 and 691, operated with Solaris Trollino 12M trolleybuses. Line 690 will run between the “M Petrache Poenaru” terminal and “Podul Operei,” and line 691 will run between the “Arena Națională” terminal and “Piața Universității.”
- Line 97 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on its current route between the “Clăbucet” terminal and the Calea Griviței / Șos. Nicolae Titulescu intersection, then on a modified route via the Șos. Nicolae Titulescu slip road, Șos. Nicolae Titulescu, through the Victoria Passage, Bd. Iancu de Hunedoara, Calea Dorobanți, Bd. Dacia, Str. Traian, Calea Călărași, Piața Hurmuzachi, Șos. Mihai Bravu, Calea Dudești, Bd. Octavian Goga, Str. Nerva Traian, Calea Văcărești, “Pasaj Mihai Bravu,” with a return on Calea Văcărești, Str. Nerva Traian, Bd. Octavian Goga, Calea Dudești, Șos. Mihai Bravu, Piața Hurmuzachi, Calea Călărași, Str. - Line 116 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on a shortened route between “Gara Progresul” and the entrance to Piața Unirii, with a return at the “Piața Unirii” station located on Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, after the intersection with Str. Bibescu Vodă, heading toward Bd. Tineretului.
- Line 117 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on the base route between the “Cartier Confort Urban” terminal and Piața Unirii, where it will turn from Bd. Regina Maria onto Str. Bibescu Vodă, Piața Unirii, Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, Bd. Mărășești, Str. 11 Iunie, Bd. Regina Maria, then the base route.
- Line 122 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on the base route between the “Pasaj Domnești” terminal and the Bd. Eroilor / Splaiul Independenței (Pod Eroilor) intersection, then on a modified route on Splaiul Independenței, Podul Cotroceni, Splaiul Independenței, Bd. Eroilor, then the base route.
- Line 123 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on the base route between “C.E.T. Sud Vitan” and the Calea Vitan / Calea Dudești / Bd. Octavian Goga intersection, then on a modified route on Bd. Octavian Goga, through Pasajul Mărășești, Bd. Mărășești, Str. 11 Iunie, Bd. Regina Maria, Bd. George Coșbuc, Bd. Tudor Vladimirescu, Șos. Eroilor / Splaiul Independenței (Pod Eroilor) intersection, then on a modified route on Splaiul Independenței, Podul Operei, with a return on Splaiul Independenței, Pod Eroilor, Bd. Eroilor, then the base route.
- Line 178 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, between the “Complex Apusului” terminal and the Bd. Dinicu Golescu / Str. Witing intersection, then on a modified route on Str. Witing, Calea Plevnei, Str. Mircea Vulcănescu, with a return on Bd. Dinicu Golescu, Șos. Orhideelor, then the base route.
- Line 203 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on a shortened route between the “Cartier Greenfield” terminal and Piața Presei.
- Line 205 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on a shortened route between the “M Străulești” terminal and Piața Presei.
- Line 226 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on the base route between the “Depoul Alexandria” terminal and the Bd. Eroilor / Splaiul Independenței (Pod Eroilor) intersection, then on a modified route on Splaiul Independenței, Podul Cotroceni, then back to the base route.
- Line 282 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on the base route between “Șoseaua Fundeni” and the Str. Radu Beller / Calea Dorobanți intersection, then on a modified route in both directions on Calea Dorobanți, Bd. Iancu de Hunedoara, through the Victoria Passage, Șos. Nicolae Titulescu, then the current route.
- Line 311 will operate between “Faur” and the Bd. Nicolae Bălcescu / Str. Dem. I. Dobrescu intersection, then on a modified route on Bd. Nicolae Bălcescu, returning via Str. C. A. Rosetti, Str. Maria Rosetti, then the current route.
- Line 312 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, between “Platforma Comercială Arcade Berceni” and the Splaiul Unirii / Bd. Mărășești intersection, then on a modified route on Bd. Mărășești, Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, returning on Splaiul Unirii, then the current route.
- Line 323 will operate, from the start of the program until the traffic restrictions are lifted, on the base route between “Zețarilor” and the Bd. Mircea Vodă / Bd. Mărășești intersection, then on Bd. Mărășești, Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, to the entrance of Piața Unirii, returning at the “Piața Unirii” station located on Bd.
