NOTE:

  1. The validity period for the travel titles “2 Metropolitan Journeys / 90 minutes” and “10 Metropolitan Journeys / 90 minutes” is 60 days from the purchase date.

  2. Subscriptions with a validity period of one month or more can only be loaded onto nominal cards. For travel titles requested by commercial companies/public institutions, they will be loaded onto personalized cards with the name of the commercial company/public institution.

  3. For a purchase of at least 30 metropolitan subscriptions of the same type (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months), purchased in a single transaction, a 10% discount will be applied to the total purchase amount.

  4. For a purchase of at least 50 metropolitan subscriptions of the same type (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months), purchased in a single transaction, a 15% discount will be applied to the total purchase amount.

  5. For the purchase of travel titles via SMS, the phone operator’s fees will be added to the fare.

  6. The nominal Activ card is offered for free upon the first issuance. For the second issuance of this card, the cost of the card will be charged.

  7. The value of the card will be charged for the issuance of the non-nominal Activ card.

  8. For travel titles that will be loaded onto the Multiplu card, no card fee will be charged.

  9. The non-nominal Activ card and the Multiplu card are transferable.

  10. The Multiplu card is not reloadable.

  11. Travel titles on the non-nominal Activ card are not transferable in the event of card loss.

  12. For travel titles valid for a unit of time (90 minutes, 120 minutes, 24 hours, 72 hours), valid from the moment of the first validation/purchase via electronic payment methods, the travel title is considered valid until the immediately following station after the expiration of the time unit.
