Lines 1, 4, 10, 40, 55, 86, 90, 104, and 311 will have extended operating hours on the evening of Monday, May 12, 2025, to ensure transportation for spectators attending the football match between Dinamo București and Rapid București, scheduled to begin at 9:00 PM at the “National Arena.” For the same reason, the number of vehicles on night lines N1 and N10 will be increased between 11:00 PM and 11:40 PM.
If the situation requires it, under the direct coordination of public order officers and the Traffic Police, the routes of lines 86, 90, 104, and 143 will be modified.
Therefore, according to the instructions of the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI), vehicles on lines 1, 4, 10, 40, 55, 86, 90, 104, 311, N1, and N10 will operate in the “National Arena” area after the match ends, as follows:

Bus line N10: Estimated passing times near the “National Arena” after the match are 11:10 PM, 11:15 PM, 11:25 PM, 11:30 PM, and 11:40 PM. After that, vehicles will follow their normal schedule.
ATTENTION!
If the situation requires it, at the direction of the Traffic Police Brigade, road traffic will be restricted on Pierre de Coubertin Boulevard. As a result, trolleybuses on lines 86 and 90 will turn back at the Vatra Luminoasă Depot. In this case, passengers will be able to board lines 86 and 90 from the “Aura Buzescu” stop, and departures will take place at the previously mentioned times.
Also in this scenario, buses on line 104 will operate on their regular route between the “Complex Pantelimon” terminal and the Șos. Iancului / Pierre de Coubertin Blvd. intersection, then will follow a modified route in both directions via Șos. Iancului, Șos. Mihai Bravu, and Bd. Decebal, then return to the current route. In this case, passengers can use line 104 buses from the “Sarafinești” stop (in the direction of “Piața Operei”) or from the “Șoseaua Iancului” stop (in the direction of “Complex Comercial Pantelimon”). The estimated passing times near the “National Arena” remain as previously stated.
If road traffic is restricted on Pierre de Coubertin Blvd., buses on line 143 will run on their usual route between the “Bucur Obor” terminal and the Str. Baicului / Șos. Pantelimon intersection, then follow a modified route via Șos. Pantelimon, Bd. Ferdinand, Bd. Gării Obor to the “Baicului” terminal (shared endpoint with lines 69, 85, and 382), returning via Str. Baicului, Str. Paharnicul Turturea, and Str. Dumitru Slugeru, before resuming the regular route.
Spectators at the “National Arena” also have at their disposal buses on lines 330, 335, N102, and N109, which will operate according to their normal established schedules.
