Starting Saturday, August 23, trams on line 41 will run again between “Piața Presei” and “Ghencea.”

Starting Saturday, August 23, 2025, passengers will once again be able to use trams on line 41, which will resume service on their main route between the “Piața Presei” and “Ghencea” terminals. As of the same date, the 641 and 643 shuttle bus lines will be suspended.

The Bucharest–Ilfov Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport (TPBI) has taken this measure following the completion of infrastructure works on Ghencea Boulevard and Constantin Titel Petrescu Street.

Also starting Saturday, August 23, buses on line 426 will stop and park at platform 1 of the “Ghencea” terminal.
