Description:
SMARTFORM focuses on enhancing capacities and adopting innovative best practices to support the shared goal of climate neutrality. Inspired by the EU mission on smart and climate-neutral cities, the project encourages experience exchange and the adoption of smart practices and methodologies, offering stakeholders the opportunity to actively participate in the green transition.
TPBI will collaborate with MDLPA to assess and improve existing sustainable urban mobility mechanisms, using the Bucharest-Ilfov region as a pilot project for implementing, testing measures, and collecting data to achieve zero-emission targets. TPBI will contribute to the co-creation of national urban mobility guidelines and will benefit from training programs aimed at strengthening administrative capacity and multi-level governance.
The benefits for TPBI include strengthening expertise in SUMP implementation and developing an efficient framework for innovative sustainable mobility solutions.
