Neversea Kapital Festival: TPBI Increases Night Bus Fleet on Routes N1, N10, N102, and N109 – Buses to Run Every 10 Minutes

To ensure transportation for attendees of the Neversea Kapital Festival, scheduled to take place from July 4–6, 2025, at the “Arena Națională”, the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI) has decided to increase the number of vehicles on night lines N1, N10, N102, and N109 during the nights of July 4–5, 5–6, and 6–7, 2025.

Thus, on the aforementioned nights, buses on lines N1, N10, N102, and N109 will run between 22:30 and 05:00 at intervals of 10 minutes, and can be accessed from the following stops:

  • “Vatra Luminoasă” – for lines N1 and N10

  • “Sarafinești” (towards Piața Unirii) and “Piața Iancului” (towards Pantelimon) – for line N102

  • “Arena Națională” (both directions) – for line N109

To get to the stadium, spectators can also use the daytime routes 1, 4, 10, 40, 55, 86, 90, 104, and 311, which operate until around 23:15.

ATTENTION!

If necessary, and at the discretion of the Traffic Police Brigade, road traffic may be restricted on Pierre de Coubertin Boulevard, in which case:

  • Trolleybuses on lines 86 and 90 will turn back at Vatra Luminoasă Depot.

  • Buses on line 104 will run on their regular route between the “Complex Pantelimon” terminal and the Iancului Road / Pierre de Coubertin Blvd. intersection, then follow a modified route in both directions via Iancului Road, Mihai Bravu Road, Decebal Blvd., then resume the current route.

  • Line 143 will operate on its regular route between the “Bucur Obor” terminal and the Baicului Street / Pantelimon Road intersection, then follow a modified route via Pantelimon Road, Ferdinand Blvd., Gării Obor Blvd., to the “Baicului” terminal (terminus for lines 69, 85, and 382), returning via Baicului Street, Paharnicul Turturea Street, Dumitru Slugeru Street, and then resuming its regular route.
