To ensure transport for participants attending the Neversea Kapital Festival, scheduled for July 4–6, 2025, at the “National Arena,” the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI) has arranged for increased vehicle capacity on night lines N1, N10, N102, and N109 on the nights of July 4–5, 5–6, and 6–7, 2025.
During these nights, buses on lines N1, N10, N102, and N109 will operate between 10:30 PM and 5:00 AM at 10-minute intervals and can be boarded at the following stops:

“Vatra Luminoasă” – for lines N1 and N10

“Sarafinești” (towards Piața Unirii) and “Piața Iancului” (towards Pantelimon) – for line N102
-
“Arena Națională” (both directions) – for line N109
To reach the stadium, spectators can also use the following day routes, which operate until around 11:15 PM:
1, 4, 10, 40, 55, 86, 90, 104, and 311.
IMPORTANT!
Should the situation require, and at the request of the Traffic Police Brigade, traffic may be restricted on Pierre de Coubertin Boulevard. In this case:

Trolleybus lines 86 and 90 will turn around at Vatra Luminoasă Depot.

Bus line 104 will operate on its regular route between the “Complex Pantelimon” terminal and the Iancului Road / Pierre de Coubertin Blvd. intersection, then follow a modified route in both directions via Șos. Iancului, Șos. Mihai Bravu, and Decebal Blvd., before rejoining the usual route.

Line 143 will operate on its regular route between the “Bucur Obor” terminal and the Baicului Street / Pantelimon Road intersection, then follow a modified route via Șos. Pantelimon, Ferdinand Blvd., and Gării Obor Blvd. to the “Baicului” terminal (terminus for lines 69, 85, and 382), and will return via Baicului St., Paharnicul Turturea St., Dumitru Slugeru St., then resume its usual route.
