This type of card can be purchased from any sales point in the STB network, at the price of 3.7 RON, and has several specific features:

• It is transferable
• It cannot be recharged online
• It cannot be recharged with discounted subscriptions
• In case of loss or damage, the remaining unused balance cannot be recovered.
