Lines 100, 203, 205, and the tourist line “Bucharest City Tour” will operate on modified routes due to the “Moldova Wine Festival”

From Friday, September 12, 2025 (10:00 PM) until Monday, September 15, 2025 (6:00 AM), the public transport lines 100, 203, 205, and the tourist line will run on altered routes, as traffic will be restricted on Kiseleff Avenue between Architect Ion Mincu Street and Victory Square to allow the cultural and artistic event “Moldova Wine Festival” to take place.

Considering these restrictions, the Bucharest-Ilfov Public Transport Intercommunity Development Association (TPBI) has ordered the following route modifications:

  • Line 100 will operate (including nighttime) on its usual route between “Henri Coandă Airport Arrivals” terminal and Triumphal Arch Square, then will follow a modified route towards Unirii Square via Marshal Constantin Prezan Boulevard, Aviatorilor Boulevard, Victory Square, Lascăr Catargiu Boulevard, Gheorghe Magheru Boulevard, Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard, I. C. Brătianu Boulevard, ending at Unirii Square. The route in the opposite direction remains unchanged.
  • Line 203 will run on its regular route between “Greenfield Neighborhood” terminal and Triumphal Arch Square, then will follow a modified route towards Victory Square via Marshal Constantin Prezan Boulevard, Aviatorilor Boulevard, and Victory Square. The return route remains unchanged.
  • Line 205 will operate on its usual route between “M Străulești” terminal and Triumphal Arch Square, then will follow a modified route towards Unirii Square via Marshal Constantin Prezan Boulevard, Aviatorilor Boulevard, Victory Square, Calea Victoriei, Dacia Boulevard, Gheorghe Magheru Boulevard, Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard, I.C. Brătianu Boulevard, finishing at Unirii Square, station “Piața Unirii 2”.
  • The tourist line “Bucharest City Tour” will operate from September 12, 2025 (10:00 PM) until September 14, 2025 on its usual route between “Piața Presei” and Triumphal Arch Square, then will follow a modified route towards Unirii Square via Constantin Prezan Boulevard, Aviatorilor Boulevard, Gheorghe Magheru Boulevard, Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard, I.C. Brătianu Boulevard, and ending at Unirii Square. The return route remains unchanged.
