Buses on lines 100, 203, and 205 will operate on modified routes from Friday, May 23, 2025 (10:00 PM) until Monday, May 26, 2025 (6:00 AM), during which time road traffic will be restricted on Kiseleff Road, between Arhitect Ion Mincu Street and Piața Victoriei, to allow the “Festival de Bine” to take place.
According to the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport (TPBI), the routes will be modified as follows:

Line 100 will operate (including at night) on its regular route between the “Henri Coandă Airport – Arrivals” terminal and Piața Arcul de Triumf, then on a modified route toward Piața Unirii, via Mareșal Constantin Prezan Blvd., Aviatorilor Blvd., Piața Victoriei, Lascăr Catargiu Blvd., Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Nicolae Bălcescu Blvd., I.C. Brătianu Blvd., and Piața Unirii. The route in the opposite direction remains unchanged.

Line 203 will follow its regular route between the “Greenfield Neighborhood” terminal and Piața Arcul de Triumf, then on a modified route toward Piața Victoriei, via Mareșal Constantin Prezan Blvd., Aviatorilor Blvd., and Piața Victoriei. The opposite direction remains unchanged.

Line 205 will follow its regular route between the “Străulești Metro” terminal and Piața Arcul de Triumf, then on a modified route toward Piața Unirii, via Mareșal Constantin Prezan Blvd., Aviatorilor Blvd., Piața Victoriei, Lascăr Catargiu Blvd., Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Nicolae Bălcescu Blvd., I.C. Brătianu Blvd., Halelor Street, and “Piața Unirii 2”. The route in the opposite direction remains unchanged.
