FCSB – Dinamo Match: TPBI Extends Operating Hours for Lines 10, 55, 86, 90, 104, and 311, and Adds Extra Vehicles to Night Lines N1 and N10; Possible Route Changes for Lines 86, 90, 104, and 143
On the evening of Monday, May 5, 2025, the operating hours of lines 10, 55, 86, 90, 104, and 311 will be extended to provide transport for spectators attending the football match between FCSB and Dinamo Bucharest, scheduled for 20:30 at the “National Arena.” Additionally, to support increased demand, extra vehicles will be deployed on night lines N1 and N10 between 22:30 and 23:10.
If necessary, under the direct coordination of public safety officers and agents from the Traffic Police Brigade, the routes of lines 86, 90, 104, and 143 may be modified.
According to the instructions of the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI), vehicles from lines 10, 55, 86, 90, 104, 311, N1, and N10 will operate in the National Arena area after the match ends as follows:

Tram line 10 is estimated to pass through the National Arena area at 22:40, 22:45, 22:55, 23:05, and 23:15.

Tram line 55 is estimated at 22:40, 22:55, and 23:10 (towards “Piața Sfânta Vineri”), and 22:40, 22:55, 23:10, and 23:30 (towards “Pantelimon”).

Trolleybus line 86 will depart from the National Arena toward “Clăbucet” at 22:25, 22:30, and 22:35.

Trolleybus line 90 will depart from the National Arena toward “M Petrache Poenaru” at 22:25, 22:41, and 22:58.

Bus line 104 is estimated at 22:25, 22:35, 22:50, 22:55, 23:05, 23:10, and 23:15 (toward “Piața Operei”), and 22:35, 22:45, 22:55, 23:05, and 23:20 (toward “Complex Pantelimon”).

Bus line 311 is estimated at 22:30, 22:40, 22:50, 23:00, and 23:15 (toward “Faur”), and 22:30, 22:45, 22:50, 23:00, and 23:10 (toward “Sala Palatului”).

Night bus line N1 is expected to pass the National Arena at 22:30, 22:40, 22:50, 23:00, 23:05, and 23:20. Afterward, it will follow its regular schedule.

Night bus line N10 is expected at 22:35, 22:50, 23:00, 23:10, and 23:30. It will then resume its normal schedule.
ATTENTION!
If the situation requires it, at the request of the Traffic Police Brigade, road traffic may be restricted on Pierre de Coubertin Boulevard. In that case, trolleybuses on lines 86 and 90 will turn around at Vatra Luminoasă Depot. Passengers will be able to board lines 86 and 90 from the “Aura Buzescu” stop, and departures will take place at the previously mentioned times!
In the same scenario, buses on line 104 will run on their regular route between the “Complex Pantelimon” terminal and the Iancului Road/Pierre de Coubertin Boulevard intersection, then follow a modified route in both directions via Iancului Road, Mihai Bravu Road, Decebal Boulevard, and then resume their current route. In this case, passengers can use line 104 from the “Sarafinești” stop (toward “Piața Operei”) or “Șoseaua Iancului” stop (toward “Complex Comercial Pantelimon”). The estimated passing times near the “National Arena” remain as previously announced.
If traffic on Pierre de Coubertin Boulevard is restricted, line 143 buses will operate on their regular route between the “Bucur Obor” terminal and the Baicului Street/Pantelimon Road intersection, then continue on a modified route via Pantelimon Road, Ferdinand Boulevard, and Gării Obor Boulevard to the “Baicului” terminal (the terminus for lines 69, 85, and 382), returning via Baicului Street, Paharnicul Turturea Street, and Dumitru Slugeru Street, before resuming the regular route.
Spectators at the National Arena also have access to vehicles on lines 1, 330, 335, 640, N102, and N109, which will operate according to their normal schedules.
