Lines 1, 10, 55, 86, 90, 104, 311, and 640 will have extended operating hours on the evening of Monday, April 28, 2025, to ensure transportation for spectators attending the Dinamo Bucharest – CFR Cluj football match, scheduled at 21:00 at the “Arena Națională.” For the same reason, the fleet for night lines N1 and N10 will be increased between 23:00 and 23:40, with buses running at intervals of 5-10 minutes during this period.
If necessary, under the direct coordination of public order agents and officers from the Traffic Police Brigade, the routes of lines 86, 90, 104, and 143 will be modified.
Thus, according to the provisions of the Bucharest – Ilfov Public Transport Development Association (TPBI), the vehicles of lines 1, 10, 55, 86, 90, 104, 311, 640, N1, and N10 will circulate around the “Arena Națională” after the match, as follows:

Trolleybuses on line 90 will depart from “Arena Națională” toward “M Petrache Poenaru” at: 23:05, 23:20, and 23:40.

ATTENTION!
If the situation requires it, under the direct coordination of the Traffic Police Brigade, road traffic will be restricted on Pierre de Coubertin Blvd., which will result in trolleybuses on lines 86 and 90 turning back at the Vatra Luminoasă Depot. In this case, passengers will be able to use vehicles on lines 86 and 90 from the “Aura Buzescu” station, and departures will occur at the times mentioned above!
Additionally, under these circumstances, buses on line 104 will operate on their regular route between the “Complex Comercial Pantelimon” terminal and the intersection of Iancului Road / Pierre de Coubertin Blvd., then follow a modified route in both directions via Iancului Road, Mihai Bravu Road, Decebal Blvd., and then continue on the current route. In this case, passengers will be able to use vehicles on line 104 from the “Sarafinești” station (toward “Piața Operei”) and from “Șoseaua Iancului” (toward “Complex Comercial Pantelimon”), and the estimated passage times near the “Arena Națională” are the ones mentioned above!
If traffic is restricted on Pierre de Coubertin Blvd., buses on line 143 will run on their regular route between the “Bucur Obor” terminal and the intersection of Baicului Street / Pantelimon Road, then follow a modified route via Pantelimon Road, Ferdinand Blvd., Gării Obor Blvd., up to the “Baicului” terminal (end of lines 69, 85, and 382), returning via Baicului Street, Paharnicul Turturea Street, Dumitru Slugeru Street, and then continue on the current route.
Those present at the “Arena Națională” also have access to buses on lines 330, 335, N102, and N109, which will run according to the normal schedule.
