TPBI provides the general public with an interactive map, available on the website maps.mo-bi.ro, as an alternative to other similar platforms. Its purpose is to help improve mobility in the Bucharest-Ilfov region.

The map can be accessed from a computer or laptop, as well as from a mobile phone with GPS location enabled, allowing users to see all nearby transit stations. When a user selects a station, the map displays all the transit lines that stop there, along with the expected arrival times of the vehicles.

How to plan a trip? You enter your current location—for example, Piața Unirii—then your destination—Henri Coandă International Airport—and press the “Search” button. This shows how long the trip will take and how many transfers are required. The map also shows the stops along the route. In this example, Line 100 provides direct transport without the need for transfers.

Each icon on the map shows information about the station name, the street it is located on, common transit lines, and the estimated arrival times of vehicles. If you are already at the station, you can track the vehicle’s location in real time and see how many minutes remain until it arrives.

Vehicles are color-coded to make them easier to distinguish and to indicate their direction of travel.

A unique feature of the interactive map is the ability to select multiple lines at once. This is especially useful if you’re at an intersection with several stations. Instead of constantly looking around in different directions, you can use your phone to see which vehicle among the options will arrive first and head toward the appropriate station.

For example, if you need to get to Piața Chirigiu from the intersection of Bulevardul Regina Maria and Strada 11 Iunie, you can select lines 23, 32, and 117. The interactive map will show you the position of the vehicles on their routes, allowing you to head toward the station where the first vehicle bound for Piața Chirigiu will arrive.
