On Monday, the team from the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest–Ilfov (TPBI) joined 9th grade students from “Mihail Kogălniceanu” Theoretical High School in Snagov as part of the project funded through the Environmental Fund – “Green Stop! Today the car takes a break.”
The activity is part of a series of educational sessions dedicated to sustainable mobility and environmental protection, encouraging young people to explore how everyday choices — walking, using public transport, or cycling — can contribute to a cleaner and healthier community.
We were glad to hear the students’ thoughts and ideas, as well as their genuine desire to get actively involved in changing mobility habits within their community.
Because, as Antoine de Saint-Exupéry once said,
“We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.”
