The Bucharest – Ilfov Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport (TPBI) has ordered the modification of 34 public passenger transport lines and the temporary establishment of three shuttle lines to ensure passenger transportation and allow for the organization of the “International Cross and Half Marathon”, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, May 10–11, 2025.

Thus, in order to set up/dismantle the start/finish areas, from May 9, 2025 (8:00 AM) to May 11, 2025 (11:59 PM), road traffic will be restricted on Libertății Boulevard (in the direction from Calea 13 Septembrie toward Națiunile Unite Boulevard), and from May 9, 2025, at 9:00 AM to May 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM, road traffic will be completely restricted on Libertății Boulevard, between Splaiul Independenței and Națiunile Unite Boulevard.

For this reason, during the period May 9–11, 2025, the lines in the area will operate on modified routes as follows:

  • Line 63 will operate on its regular route between the “Master” terminal and the intersection of Calea 13 Septembrie / Libertății Boulevard, then on a modified route in both directions along Libertății Boulevard, turning around at the Piața Regina Maria roundabout.

  • Line 385 will operate:

    • on May 9, 2025, from 9:00 AM until the end of service,

    • on May 10, 2025, from 2:00 PM until the end of service,

    • and on May 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM until the end of service,

    on its regular route between “Valea Oltului” and the intersection of Izvor Street / B.P. Hașdeu Boulevard, then on a modified route via B.P. Hașdeu Blvd., Splaiul Independenței, Piața Unirii, Corneliu Coposu Blvd., Sf. Vineri Street, returning via Sf. Vineri Street, Mircea Vodă Blvd., Corneliu Coposu Blvd., Piața Unirii, Halelor Street, Splaiul Independenței, Hașdeu Bridge, B.P. Hașdeu Blvd., Izvor Street, then the regular route.

  • Night Line N101 will operate on the nights of May 9/10, 2025, May 10/11, 2025, and May 11/12, 2025, on its regular route between the “Valea Oltului” terminal and the intersection of Calea 13 Septembrie / Libertății Boulevard (Piața Francofoniei), then on a modified route in both directions along Libertății Boulevard, Regina Maria Boulevard, and Piața Unirii.

On May 10, 2025, due to the road traffic restrictions on the race routes, from the beginning of the schedule until the road traffic is operationally resumed, according to the Road Brigade’s instructions, the public transport lines will operate on modified routes as follows:

  • Line 73 will operate on a shortened route between “Piața de Gros” and the entrance to Piața Unirii, with a turnaround at the “Piața Unirii” station, located on Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., after the intersection with Bibescu Vodă Street, in the direction towards Tineretului Blvd..

  • Line 97 will operate on its regular route between the “Clăbucet” terminal and the intersection of Traian Street / Calea Călărași, then on a modified route in both directions via Calea Călărași, Delea Nouă Street, Decebal Blvd., Alba Iulia Square, Burebista Blvd., Dudești Road, Octavian Goga Blvd., Nerva Traian Street, then the regular route.

  • Line 100 will operate on its regular route between “Henri Coandă Airport” and Arcul de Triumf Square, then via Mareșal Constantin Prezan Blvd., Aviatorilor Blvd., Victoriei Square, Lascăr Catargiu Blvd., Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Nicolae Bălcescu Blvd., I.C. Brătianu Blvd., through Unirii Passage, Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., Mărășești Blvd., 11 Iunie Street, Regina Maria Blvd., Bibescu Vodă Street, Piața Unirii, with a return on Splaiul Unirii, Mărășești Blvd., Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., through Unirii Passage, I.C.   • Line 104 will operate on its regular route between “Pantelimon Complex” and Alba Iulia Square, then on a modified route in both directions via Burebista Blvd., Dudești Road, Octavian Goga Blvd., through Mărășești Passage, Mărășești Blvd., Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., through Unirii Passage, I.C. Brătianu Blvd., Universității Square, Regina Elisabeta Blvd., Mihail Kogălniceanu Blvd., Splaiul Independenței, with a return on Eroilor Blvd., Splaiul Independenței, Mihail Kogălniceanu Blvd., Regina Elisabeta Blvd., Universității Square, I.C. Brătianu Blvd., through Unirii Passage, Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., Mărășești Blvd., through Mărășești Passage, Octavian Goga Blvd., Dudești Road, Burebista Blvd., Alba Iulia Square, Decebal Blvd., then the regular route.

  • Line 116 will operate on a shortened route between “Gara Progresul” and the entrance to Piața Unirii, with a turnaround at the “Piața Unirii” station, located on Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., after the intersection with Bibescu Vodă Street, in the direction towards Tineretului Blvd..

  • Line 117 will operate on its regular route between the “Cartier Confort Urban” terminal and the intersection of Regina Maria Blvd. / Bibescu Vodă Street, then via Bibescu Vodă Street, Piața Unirii (terminus of Line 100), with a return on Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., Mărășești Blvd., 11 Iunie Street, Regina Maria Blvd., then the regular route.

  • Line 123 will operate on its regular route between “C.E.T. Sud Vitan” and the intersection of Calea Vitan / Octavian Goga Blvd. / Dudești Road, then on a modified route in both directions via Octavian Goga Blvd., through Mărășești Passage, Mărășești Blvd., Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., through Unirii Passage, I.C. Brătianu Blvd., Universității Square, Regina Elisabeta Blvd., Mihail Kogălniceanu Blvd., Splaiul Independenței, then the regular route.

  • Line 205 will operate on its regular route between the “Străulești M Terminal” and Victoriei Square, then on a modified route via Lascăr Catargiu Blvd., Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Nicolae Bălcescu Blvd., Universității Square, Regina Elisabeta Blvd., up to the “Colegiul Național Gheorghe Lazăr” station, with a return via Schitu Măgureanu Blvd., then the regular route. After 2:00 PM, Line 205 will operate on its regular route between the “Străulești M Terminal” and Arcul de Triumf Square, then on a modified route in the direction to Piața Unirii via Mareșal Constantin Prezan Blvd., Aviatorilor Blvd., Victoriei Square, then via Lascăr Catargiu Blvd., Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Nicolae Bălcescu Blvd., I.C. Brătianu Blvd., Halelor Street, Piața Unirii 2. The other direction remains unchanged.

  • Line 312 will operate between “Arcade Berceni” and the intersection of Splaiul Unirii / Mărășești Blvd., then on a modified route via Mărășești Blvd., Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., with a return via Splaiul Unirii, then the regular route.

  • Line 323 will operate on its regular route between “Zețarilor” and the intersection of Mircea Vodă Blvd. / Mărășești Blvd., then via Mărășești Blvd., Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., up to the entrance into Piața Unirii with a return at the “Piața Unirii” station, located on Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., after the intersection with Bibescu Vodă Street, in the direction towards Tineretului Blvd., then via Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., Mărășești Blvd., Mircea Vodă Blvd., then the regular route.

  • Line 385 will operate on its regular route between “Valea Oltului” and the intersection of Izvor Street / Calea 13 Septembrie, then via Calea 13 Septembrie, Libertății Blvd., Regina Maria Blvd., Bibescu Vodă Street, Piața Unirii (terminus of Line 100), with a return via Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., Mărășești Blvd., 11 Iunie Street, Regina Maria Blvd., Libertății Blvd., Calea 13 Septembrie, then the regular route.

On May 11, 2025, from the beginning of the schedule until the traffic restrictions are lifted, according to the instructions of the Road Brigade, public transport lines in the areas where the competition is taking place (except for lines 66, 69, 70, and 85, which will operate on shortened routes to Piața Rosetti throughout the day) will operate as follows:

  • Line 1 will operate on the regular route between “Romprim” and the intersection of Șos. Mihai Bravu / Calea Vitan, then via Calea Vitan, Calea Dudești, with a return via Șos. Mihai Bravu, Calea Văcărești, Șos. Olteniței, “Romprim”.

  • Line 4 will operate on the regular route between the terminus “Piața Sf. Vineri” and the intersection of Calea Călărași / Traian Street, then on a modified route in both directions via Traian Street, Ferdinand Blvd., Pantelimon Road, up to the “Pantelimon” terminal.

  • Line 10 will operate on the regular route between the terminus “Romprim” and “Banu Manta”, with a return via Iancu de Hunedoara Blvd., Șos. Stefan cel Mare, Șos. Mihai Bravu, Piața Iancului, where the vehicles will turn on Șos. Mihai Bravu, Șos. Stefan cel Mare, Iancu de Hunedoara Blvd., Victoria Passage, Nicolae Titulescu Road, Basarab Passage, Doina Cornea Blvd., General Paul Teodorescu Blvd., Timișoara Blvd., Progresului Road, Dr. Istrati Street, Viilor Road, Olteniței Road.

  • Line 40 will operate on the regular route between the terminus “Piața Sf. Vineri” and the intersection of Calea Călărași / Traian Street, then on a modified route in both directions via Traian Street, Ferdinand Blvd., Pantelimon Road, up to the “Pantelimon” terminal.

  • Line 44 will operate on a shortened route between the “Cartier Giulești” terminal and “Gara Basarab”.

  • Line 61 will operate on a shortened route between “Complex Apusului” and Piața Operei.

  • Line 66 will operate throughout the day between the “Spitalul Fundeni” terminal and Piața Rosetti, with a return via Diana Street, Jean Louis Calderon Street, Tudor Arghezi Street, Carol I Blvd., then the regular route.

  • Line 69 will operate throughout the day on a shortened route between the “Valea Argeșului terminal” and Piața Operei.

  • Line 70 will be suspended in the first part of the day, and after the traffic restrictions are lifted, it will operate between the “Bd. Basarabia terminal” and Piața Rosetti, with a return via Diana Street, Jean Louis Calderon Street, Tudor Arghezi Street, Carol I Blvd., then the regular route.

    Until the trolleybuses of Line 70 return to circulation, passengers will be served by Shuttle Line 670, which will operate with Solaris Trollino 12M trolleybuses and will run between the “Bd. Basarabia terminal” and the “Baba Novac” station on Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu Street, Constantin Brâncuși Street, Baba Novac Street, Șos. Mihai Bravu, with a return at Baba Novac Roundabout.

  • Line 73 will operate on a shortened route between “Piața de Gros” and the entrance to Piața Unirii, with a return at the “Piața Unirii” station, located on Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., after the intersection with Bibescu Vodă Street, in the direction towards Tineretului Blvd..

  • Line 85 will operate throughout the day between the “Baicului terminal” and Piața Rosetti, with a return via Diana Street, Jean Louis Calderon Street, Tudor Arghezi Street, Carol I Blvd., then the regular route.

  • Line 86 will be suspended in the first part of the day, and will return to service after the traffic restrictions are lifted.

  • Line 90 will be suspended in the first part of the day, and will return to service after the traffic restrictions are lifted.

Until the trolleybuses of Line 90 resume circulation, passengers will be served by Shuttle Line 690, which will be operated with Solaris Trollino 12 M trolleybuses and will run between the “M Petrache Poenaru” terminal and “Podul Operei”, and Shuttle Line 691, which will also be operated with Solaris Trollino 12 M trolleybuses and will run between the “Arena Națională terminal” and “Piața Universității”.

  • Line 97 will operate on the regular route between the “Clăbucet terminal” and the intersection of Calea Griviței / Șos. Nicolae Titulescu, then on a modified route on Șos. Nicolae Titulescu, through Victoria Passage, Iancu de Hunedoara Blvd., Calea Dorobanți, Dacia Blvd., Traian Street, Iancu Cavaler de Flondor Street, Pache Protopopescu Blvd., Matei Voievod Street, Șos. Mihai Bravu, through Muncii Passage, Șos. Mihai Bravu, Calea Dudești, Octavian Goga Blvd., Nerva Traian Street, Calea Văcărești, “Pasaj Mihai Bravu”, with a return via Calea Văcărești, Nerva Traian Street, Octavian Goga Blvd., Calea Dudești, Șos.   • Line 116 will operate on a shortened route between “Gara Progresul” and the entrance to Piața Unirii, with a return at the “Piața Unirii” station, located on Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., after the intersection with Bibescu Vodă Street, in the direction towards Tineretului Blvd..

  • Line 117 will operate on the base route between the “Cartier Confort Urban terminal” and Piața Unirii, where it will turn from Regina Maria Blvd. on Bibescu Vodă Street, Piața Unirii (terminus of Line 100), Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., Mărășești Blvd., 11 Iunie Street, Regina Maria Blvd., then return to the base route.

  • Line 122 will operate on the base route between the “Pasaj Domnești terminal” and the intersection of Eroilor Blvd. / Splaiul Independenței (Pod Eroilor), then on a modified route on Splaiul Independenței, Cotroceni Bridge, Splaiul Independenței, Eroilor Blvd., then return to the base route.

  • Line 123 will operate on the base route between “C.E.T.   • Line 178 will operate between the “Complex Apusului terminal” and the intersection of Dinicu Golescu Blvd. / Witting Street, then on a modified route on Witting Street, Plevnei Calea, Mircea Vulcănescu Street, with a return via Dinicu Golescu Blvd., Orhideelor Road, then the base route.

  • Line 203 will operate between the “Cartier Greenfield terminal” and Piața Presei.

  • Line 205 will operate on the base route between the “M Străulești terminal” and Piața Presei.

  • Line 226 will operate on the base route between “Depoul Alexandria” and the intersection of Eroilor Blvd. / Splaiul Independenței (Pod Eroilor), then on a modified route on Splaiul Independenței, Podul Operei, Splaiul Independenței, Pod Eroilor, Eroilor Blvd., then the current route.

  • Line 311 will operate between “Faur” and the intersection of Nicolae Bălcescu Blvd. / Dem I Dobrescu Street, then on a modified route on Nicolae Bălcescu Blvd., with a return via C. A. Rosetti Street, Maria Rosetti Street, then the current route.

  • Line 312 will operate between “Arcade Berceni” and the intersection of Splaiul Unirii / Mărășești Blvd., then on a modified route on Mărășești Blvd., Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., with a return via Splaiul Unirii, then the current route.
